Colo-Vada Plus 16 Sachets

The ingredients of the Colo-Vada Mix powder include:

Flaxseed hull - a source of dietary fiber, which, when swelling in the intestines, absorbs and removes toxins from the body. It also promotes healing of the intestinal mucous membrane (in the case of inflammation, ulcers, peptic ulcer disease), improves digestion, protects the liver and strengthens the body's defenses. Kaolin is a rich source of silicon, containing zinc, magnesium, potassium, calcium and iron compounds. It has protective and absorbent properties, binding 40 times more toxins than its own weight. Dried plums and lecithin have a stimulating effect on intestinal peristalsis. Before use, the contents of the sachet should be placed in a glass of cold water or juice and followed by another glass of water. During the intake of Colo-Vada Mix powder, it is recommended to drink plenty of fluids (no less than 1.5 l per day). Solid and liquid foods should not be consumed, except for juices, herbal infusions or water. The powder will swell in the body, which will cause a feeling of fullness.

Based on experience with the 2 colo-vada plus program, we recommend:

1. To dissolve the Colo-Vada Mix powder, use cold water or fruit juice. Freshly squeezed juices without added sugar are best, e.g. orange juice (in the absence of citrus allergies). Avoid juices that exacerbate gas formation in the intestines or irritate the stomach lining (apple juice, pineapple juice). A very good solution is to use water with added Coral-Mine or juice with added HydraCel.
2. The liquid (juice or water) for dissolving the Colo-Vada Mix powder should be cold. In warm water, the powder swells very quickly (a dense, gel-like mass is formed), making it practically impossible to drink the solution.
3. Colo-Vada Mix powder thickens quickly even in cold water, so when pouring the contents of the sachet into a glass of cold juice (or water), the suspension should be mixed quickly and, without waiting for all the lumps to dissolve, the resulting cocktail should be drunk immediately.

During the second phase, the intestines are cleansed thanks to the swelling of the Colo-Vada Mix powder and the formation of a gel-like suspension, which has incredible properties for absorbing large amounts of stagnant food content in the intestines. As a result, softened stools are gently eliminated from the body. In case of problems with regular bowel movements, a rectal enema with warm water can be used at night. Contraindications: individual intolerance to any of the ingredients, pregnancy, breastfeeding, diarrhea, mechanical bowel obstruction.
