MagiCal is a natural marine sediment that contains trace elements such as calcium, magnesium and chromium. Calcium and magnesium contribute to maintaining normal energy-yielding metabolism. They also help in the proper functioning of muscles. Calcium is needed to maintain healthy bones and teeth. Magnesium helps maintain healthy teeth and bones. Calcium helps maintain normal nerve transmission, and magnesium helps maintain normal psychological functions and proper nervous system function. Magnesium plays a role in the process of cell division, and calcium is involved in the process of cell division and specialization. Chromium contributes to maintaining normal macronutrient metabolism, and magnesium helps in the proper synthesis of proteins. Chromium helps maintain normal blood glucose levels. Ingredients: natural marine sediment, vegetable cellulose (emulsifier), vegetable origin stearate (stabilizer), magnesium stearate (stabilizer), silicon dioxide (stabilizer).  Directions: take 1 tablet after the last evening meal or before bedtime. Gradually (over 5-7 days) increase the number of tablets to 2 daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion. Store in a cool, dry place.
